2.3 Use of Open-Source Software & Third-Party IP:
– Employees must obtain approval before integrating open-source software into Net Onboard’s products.

3. Copyright Protection & Restrictions
3.1 Company Copyrighted Works:
– Net Onboard holds copyright over all published and unpublished materials, including software code, marketing materials, and technical documentation.
– Reproduction, modification, or distribution of company content without permission is prohibited.
3.2 Fair Use & External Use of Copyrighted Materials:
– External parties may not use Net Onboard’s copyrighted materials without written approval.
– Limited use of company materials for non-commercial educational or research purposes may be permitted with proper attribution.
3.3 Employee & Partner Copyright Compliance:
– Employees and business partners must not use copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

4. Trademarks & Brand Protection
4.1 Company-Owned Trademarks & Logos:
– Net Onboard’s logos, brand names, slogans, and service marks are protected trademarks.
– Unauthorized use of company trademarks for advertising, endorsements, or partnerships is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Third-Party Use of Trademarks:
– Partners, vendors, and resellers must obtain written permission to use Net Onboard’s trademarks.

4.3 Trademark Infringement Actions:
– Net Onboard actively monitors and takes legal action against unauthorized use of its trademarks.

– Unauthorized use of Net Onboard’s patented technologies will result in legal action.
– Customers and third parties must not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse patented solutions.
6. Confidential & Proprietary Information
6.1 Definition of Confidential Information:
– Proprietary data, software, business strategies, and internal communications are classified as confidential.
– Employees must protect and not disclose company trade secrets without authorization.
6.2 Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs):
– Employees, vendors, and partners must sign NDAs before accessing confidential company data.
– Violation of NDAs may result in legal penalties, contract termination, or lawsuits.
7. Enforcement & Consequences for IP Violations
7.1 Internal Violations by Employees & Partners:
– Unauthorized use, misappropriation, or leaking of company IP will lead to disciplinary action, termination, or legal action.
7.2 External Violations & Third-Party Infringement:
– Net Onboard reserves the right to pursue legal action against external entities infringing its IP rights.
– Cease-and-desist notices will be issued before escalating to civil lawsuits or criminal prosecution.
7.3 DMCA & Copyright Infringement Complaints:
– If Net Onboard receives a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice, affected content will be reviewed and removed if necessary.
